Shipping Policy

Due to our high volume of clients using our MMOD(Movies Manufactured on Demand) service, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 10 business days (Mon-Fri. excludes holidays, and weekends) & we charge a flat rate of $5.25 USD. Once orders have been process and shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail(ETA 1 to 5 days), tracking info will be sent via email from our site Classic Movies Etc. once an order has been marked ‘Processed and Shipped’ to the email address that is provided at time of purchase(if the email is not seen in the inbox then check the spam folder).

Any orders received after 7:00PM Central Time, on weekends or holidays, will be recorded as received on the next following business day. Give all USPS’s tracking numbers at least 1 to 4 days to be trackable and the USPS’s website to have current tracking info on it. Please do not email regarding order status only if more than 10 business days(Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and holidays) have passed and your order still states ‘Awaiting for Processing and Shipping) Thank you!

We ship worldwide. All international orders ETA is from 3 to 6 weeks from the initial time the order has been shipped out from the USPS International Sort Facility (The actual delivery to the receiver depends on the destination country’s speed of it’s postal service and customs service). 

Return/Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All dvds are guaranteed, and we will replace any defective disc due to playback issues(dvd that skips and freezes or dvd arrive DOA). We do not give refund due to the ease of copying dvds with today’s technology, or for customers who are not satisfied because the DVD title is not digital remastered/restored or the source it was transfered from by our studio archives contacts. is not the right aspect ratio, audio is not loud enough, video quality is not to the standard of dvds produce with today’s technology(HD-Blu-ray technologies), and if the cover we provide is not the same as on the listing(movie content of the dvd is as describe on listing regardless if cover art is different). All titles are sold “AS IS” and All Sales Are Final. Read our ‘About our Products‘ section before purchasing. 

If you receive a defected or DOA dvd, we guaranteed our customers a replacement dvd, so please report to us any disc problem within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will take care of the problem immediately by sending out a replacement disc.
